What is Gcam and how to install in your Android devices

What is GCAM 

Google Camera (Gcam), also called Pixel Camera, is a camera phone application developed by Google for Android. Google Camera development began in 2011 by X, led by Marc Levoy, developing image fusion technology for Google Glass.

Initially it was only for Pixel device. But due to the  hardwork of Developer now we can install on any device.

Google keeps adding new features to the Gcam app regularly. Gcam 8.0 apk was released back in September 2020 with the launch of the Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G, this version bought a bunch of new features like new Night Sight portrait mode, Cinematic pan, Storage saver mode, changes to UI, and more.

Well, these features were not available to older pixel devices until the Gcam 8.1 update was released in November for all Pixel smartphones.

This Gcam 8.1 apk can also be installed on any other non-Pixel Android device with help of Camera GCam Apk Mod, developed by BSG, Nikita,Urnyx05. It is based on Google Camera version 8.1.008
